NZ Culinary Fare, 19-21st August 2012
The Restaurant Association of NZ presents the 20th annual NZ Culinary Fare running for three days, alongside the Restaurant & Bar Show.
Over 60 competitions and around 1000 competitors, with trainees through to industry owners all competing for national titles and acclaim. If you are in the hospitality industry whether it’s front of house, barista, cocktails, kitchen live or static then make sure you get your copy of the competition schedule, it will be in the market place by the first week of May, with the entry cutoff date the 6th July.
Over 250 of NZ’s top chefs and Maitre D’s will judge the competitions.
Competitions held at the NZ Culinary Fare include; Chef of the Year, Pastry Chef of the Year, Service Professional of the Year, Bartender of the Year, Nestle Toque d’Or to name a few, plus a new competition for 2012; the Restaurant Association Up and Coming Business Team 2012.
