The R&B Show will again host a series of Hospitality Seminars. In 2011 top names that featured on the line-up included: Justin North (Sydney), Simon Gault (Euro, Auckland), Paul Jobin (Sky City, Auckland), Pete Goffe-Wood (South Africa), Dheeraj Bhatia (Singapore) and Luke Dallow (Chapel, Red Hummingbird, Auckland).

The Seminars are designed to offer everyone in the business of hospitality the chance to learn from a range of experts and mentors. They include presentations from individuals to panel discussions exploring some of the big issues facing our industry. From increasing profit, perfecting front of house service, or selling a business, these seminars offer something for everyone in the industry.

Also back are the Telecom MasterClasses which in 2012 will feature trade-only chef and sommelier demonstrations from industry super stars. Our leading chefs, like Michael Meredith will be joined by more top local and international figures who will share some of their success tips.
